Top 3 is built to be private by default. This policy explains what the app does and doesn't collect.

Your content stays yours

Your daily lists, notes, and streak history are stored on your device and synced across your own devices using Apple iCloud (CloudKit). We do not have access to this content, and it is never sent to our servers.

Purchases and credits

Credit purchases are processed by Apple and by RevenueCat, our purchase-management provider. To track your credit balance, a random, non-identifying app user id is created for your install. This id is not linked to your name, email, or Apple ID, and is used only to grant and spend credits you have bought.

Analytics & diagnostics

We use TelemetryDeck for privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics — to understand how features are used and to catch crashes and performance problems. What's measured is limited to product interaction, purchase events, and basic performance and diagnostic data. None of it is tied to your identity, and it never includes your list content.
